This is a pretty good all-you-can-eat Asian buffet. They have a huge selection so you'll surely find something you like. If not, there's a grill in the back where you choose the ingredients and have a cook make it for you.
Prices are extremely reasonable. -

What a dump. Businesses are reflections of the people that run them. The manager (perhaps owner) has a crappy attitude and demeanor. Her child screamed and through tantrums the entire time I was there completely unchecked. She said to me in poor English, "You stand there. Here for pay money". I thought I'll never pay you money again. Pass by anywhere near the restroom vicinity and smell stagnant urine. Nasty place run by nasty people. Avoid.

I took my two granddaughters and my son and we went for the first time. I will never be back! My son found a hair in his food in the management proceeded to blame him for it. They did not comp the food meal for him but they did give a $3 discount. Do not EVER go there. Fujiyama is a joke. The employees do not wear hair nets while they work with the food. Hopefully the health department sees this.

Excellent variety. Most everything was very good. I cracked open a beautiful lobster claw only to find it rotten. It even looked like it was full of mold. We asked a waitress to show it to the manager. She disappeared behind the wall and we heard it go in the trash.

They claim to be the largest Asian Buffet in town. I would agree. While I haven't ate at a lot in Fort Wayne, it is the largest Asian buffet I have ever eaten at.
They had an entire section dedicated to sushi and rice rolls. They had a large non asian section. They even had a mongolian grill, which I didn't see till I was already full.
They got plenty of seating. I doubt they will ever fill that place. They would probably need more parking to fill the place.
On the bad side, the waiter took our salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sugar tray while we were eating. He reached over us to grab it, and didn't ask if we were using it. I was thinking, "No, go ahead were not needing any of that". I think there is probably some other bad practices going on there if they don't even know it is rude to take stuff from you without asking.
I will definitely return to try out that mongolian grill. Despite their rude manors, the food wasn't bad. The hot and sour soup was typical of what you would get anywhere else, as well as the rest of the food. I don't think they excel at food quality, just food quantity.
